RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

    • Returns received within 14 days on full priced merchandise are eligible for a full refund back on the original form of payment (allow 7 days' transit time)
    • Free prepaid returns within 14 days (USA customers only).
    • Any item(s) purchased at a discount greater than 15% are not returnable. 
    • Returns received after 14 days will incur a $10 label fee, 20% restocking fee, and eligible for store credit only.
    • Returns received after 20 days will incur a $10 label fee, 50% restocking fee, and eligible for store credit only. 
    • Return window begins the date the package is delivered.
    • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed.
    • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition and packaging.
    • Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
    • COD packages will be denied.
    • All accessories are final sale and may not be returned under any circumstances. 
    • Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days or an email with store credit information.
    • Your banking institution may require additional days to process.
    • Gift cards are non returnable and are not available for cash value.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN: 

    • Email info@shopskboutique.com the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason why. Please see above for return restrictions. 
    • Place item(s) in a box, existing package, or weather resistant package, stick the label clearly on the outside of the box or weather resistant package, and make sure the package is securely closed and taped. 
    • Once return is received and inspected, a refund will be made to your account and an email confirmation will be sent.

Price adjustments are not allowed.
