- Full priced merchandise can be returned within 14 days for a store credit.
- Full priced merchandise qualifies for free prepaid return shipping within 14 days. All other return shipping to be paid by customer. (USA customers only)
- Any sale item(s) purchased at a discount greater than 10% are not returnable.
- Merchandise must NOT be worn, altered, or washed, must have all tags attached and must be received in original condition to qualify for store credit.
- Merchandise returned damaged will not qualify for a store credit.
- COD packages will be denied.
- All accessories are not returnable. Accessories include swimwear, bags/purses, footwear, sunglasses, jewelry, masks and any other item(s) listed under the accessories page.
- Gift cards are nonreturnable and are not available for cash value.

TO PROCESS A RETURN:
- Email email@example.com the order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please see above for return restrictions.
- Costs to package and return items are to be paid by customer unless the purchased qualified for a free prepaid label.
- Place item(s) in a small box or padded mailer, tape the return label clearly on the outside of the box or mailer, and make sure the package is securely closed and taped.
- Once return is received and inspected, a store credit will be made to your account.
- Please allow 5-7 business days
